Nothing comes between a Parsi and his food.
Parsi Table is a Parsi restaurant in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, dedicated entirely to authentic Parsi cuisine: Akuri, Salli Boti, Dhansak, Patra Ni Machi, Berry Pulao and the rest of the table you grew up with, or are about to discover.

Some restaurants are born from a business idea. Parsi Table was born from something more personal: four decades in hospitality, and one cuisine that always felt like home.
No fusion for the sake of fusion. No unnecessary reinvention. No compromise on authenticity. Just Parsi food, cooked the way it has always been cooked.

Some restaurants are born from a business idea. Parsi Table was born from something more personal.
After more than four decades in hospitality, building restaurant brands and large operations across the United States, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Sri Lanka and Nigeria, Khusru Misstry came back to India in 2026 with a simple idea: to share the Parsi food that had always made him feel at home.
Living away from India for so many years turned those flavours into something more than food. They became a connection to home, to memory, to family. So when he thought about what to build next, the answer was not another international concept. It was Parsi cuisine.
Begins his hospitality career, moving to Houston, Texas to work in Indian fine dining.
Moves to Saudi Arabia, running large-scale food operations, then builds around 40 outlets in Riyadh by 2010.
Opens more than 65 restaurants across the Gulf, India, Sri Lanka, Nigeria and beyond.
Returns to Mumbai and opens Parsi Table in May: a micro-diner dedicated purely to the food he grew up on.
Parsi Table was made for the Parsi community, but never only for the Parsi community. For some guests the food brings back memories. For others, it creates them for the first time.
Great hospitality begins with great food, but it is completed by people.

The Parsi Table philosophyWatch the founder talk about why Parsi Table exists: a small, focused restaurant that cooks Parsi cuisine and nothing else, and reaches guests at the table and at their doorstep.
You will also get a look inside the dining room and at the food that comes out of the kitchen.
